We are pleased to share a new resource titled Using the Fit note - A Practical Guide with you, which was produced as part of a Professional Network Project funded by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
This guide provides practical support and guidance on how to complete the Med 3 Fit note or AHP Health and Work report. It also includes links to help promote the role of the physiotherapist in completing the Fit note to GPs, other health professionals and to service users (patients).
This is available in PDF format and also in a downloadable video - both can be downloaded from our Work & Health Learning and Development Hub by anyone:
