The overall aim of the proposed mixed methods PhD is to explore moral injury among correctional officers and how this impacts on their health and occupational (sickness absence, intention to leave, presenteeism) outcomes. This will be jointly supervised by Dr. Sharon Stevelink, Professor Neil Greenberg and Professor Gail Kinman.
