AGILE East is hosting a webinar on preventing hospital-associated deconditioning on 30 November 2023.
The speaker is Jacqui Holmes who has been trying out different ways of working and involving students and the whole MDT in promoting movement for patients admitted onto the healthcare for older people wards where she is the Team Lead.
AGILE thought that this would be great to give us tips or help us start the conversations on how we can manage the winter pressures, the workforce challenges, worsening frailty and deconditioning, and how we can improve our patient outcomes.
